Join Our Team as a Sales Representative!

Are you a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for sales? Tower Staffing Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team and help us expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Convert inbound, Sales Qualified Leads into closed deals.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our steel buildings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with their requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve results and exceed expectations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written). Bilingualism is an asset (French)
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Compensation: Competitive Base Pay ($50,000.00)+ Commission OR Full Commission

OTE: $70,000.00- $150,000.00
